WWC333 - Dawn's Challenge: All About Occasions

Today I have a very simple design to share with you.  I love these little birds, especially the one hanging upside down.  I've been wanting to use this stamp set as it was a gift from a dear friend.  It's All About Occasions at the Watercooler Wednesday Challenge this week and a thinking of you card fits perfectly.

WWC332 - Tristan's Challenge: All Things Feminine

Hello and Happy New Year!  My first card of the year is another silhouette from Blue Knight Rubber Stamps.  I love silhouettes and have several of their stamps as you may remember seeing others I have created.  This one is a particular favorite as I love swans and actually collect swans.  I have brass ones, porcelain ones and even a set of pictures.  Yes, I really do love swans.

If the gold pearls seem odd, it's because there is a wee bit of black ink under the top set.  The ink was not quite dry when I cut the size down and it smeared.  Sigh... so we have gold clusters around the sentiment.
