WWC292 - Dawn's Challenge: Anything Goes With a Feminine Twist

Wednesday has come around again and it's time for a new challenge at the Watercooler Wednesday Challenge.  This week it's our Anything Goes With a Feminine Twist.

I had a play with a new set of stencils.  It's Taylored Expressions Bokeh Layering Stencil.  All you do is line up each layer of stencil, add your color and you get all these neat little circles.  The sentiment is from the Bubble Greetings stamp set also from Taylored Expressions.  I'm looking forward to using these stencils again.
