WWC258 - Marsha's Challenge: All About Occasions

The Watercooler Wednesday Challenge has a new weekly challenge up for you.  This week I'm hosting our All About Occasions challenge.

This panel has been in my stash for a very long time.  All I needed to do was add it to a card base and choose a sentiment.  For the finishing touch, I added a few clear gems.  As you see, they picked up the color behind them.

Cardstock: Pool Party, Whisper White (Stampin' Up!)
