Watercooler Wednesday Challenge #155 - "Anything Goes" Challenge

Having been hit with some kind of bug over the weekend, I decided to keep my card quick and simple for the Watercooler Wednesday Challenge.  It's an anything goes, so you have plenty of leeway to show off your creativity.

I took a card base of Sugar Cube I added a layer of Night of Navy and embossed the pretty from from the Amazing You stamp set using Copper Embossing Powder.  I love how the copper looks on the navy.  Then, I added some iridescent sequins that really do change color in the light.  It's just not possible to show that in a photo.  And that, as they say, is that.

For all the challenge details and to share your project, visit the Watercooler Wednesday Challenge by clicking the image below.  We’d love to have you join us.  You have until Monday, February 5th at 6:00 p.m. Central Time to link up your project.

  1. Hope you're over the flu now Marsha. It's so nasty this season. I really love the flowers from Amazing You embossed in copper on the Navy, and such a great sentiment. Thanks for sharing.

    1. Thanks, Penny! I actually think it was a touch of food poisoning which is so not fun.

  2. That copper embossing powder is stunning against the Night of Navy, Marsha. What a lovely way to use the Amazing You Sale-a-bration stamp. The additional of the iridescent sequins is a great finishing touch.

    1. Thanks, Celeste! It's even prettier in real life. The photo just doesn't do that copper justice.
