For my card I used a Whisper White card base and added a layer of Elegant Eggplant cardstock. The Christmas tree was made using Rhinestone Basic Jewels. The rhinestones are mounted onto some cardstock and the tree is popped up using dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment from the Complements of the Season stamp set from Waltzing Mouse onto Whisper White using Elegant Eggplant ink. Then, I cut it out using the label die from the Rose Garden Thinlits Dies. A few more rhinestones and it was all done. Very simple but I do love the sparkle.

How creative Marsha! That must really sparkle in person - very pretty!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Susan. I'm not sure that I like it but yes, it sure does sparkle. :-)

ReplyDeleteThanks, Shirley-Anne! It was different, that's for sure. :-)
DeleteWhat a fun and creative idea! So pretty too!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Laurie! Now if I could just keep the rhinestones in place. I left it in the light tent over night and some of the rhinestones fell off. Looks like some glue is needed. lol
DeleteI will say your tree is blingly beautiful. Nicely done!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Lorraine! It is a little over the top. :-)
