For this card, I used up more of my pretty scraps I had laying on my craft table. Everything but the little banners were already done. Now how's that for getting a card to come together fast!

Hi Marsha, I love your card! How providential that you had such amazing bits and pieces lying around to make it. My scraps never come together like that for me.
