Bright Birthday Balloon

Well, I don't know about you, but I was ready for some bright, cheerful colors today.  The one thing I can say about the Color Crush Paper Pad is that it is eye-catching!  Evey sheet is a study in color and movement.  It was the perfect background for all the different colors I wanted to use in this card.  Don't you think this colorful balloon would brighten up someone's birthday?
