The images and sentiments were stamped with Jet Black ink then, colored with Prismacolor colored pencils. The little bow tie was stamped using Persian Blue ink. I added a small rhinetone to the center of it for just a touch of sparkle.
The stamp set used is this month's club set from Maymay Made It. It's called Heads & Tails. It has a couple of dog images and a couple of cat images along with several sentiments that curve to fit between the front and back of the dog or cat. It's a cute set and I can see me using it often.
Stamp Set: Heads & Tails (Maymay Made It)
Inks: Jet Black, Persian Blue (Altenew)
Prismacolor Colored Pencils: Grass Green, True Blue, Canary Yellow, Crimson Red, Sienna Brown
Cardstack: Garden Green (Stampin' Up!); Sugar Cube (Taylored Expressions)

What a clever way to stamp an image and sentiment! Really fun for a 9-yr.-old birthday.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Gail! Actually, the stamp is designed that way so it makes it easy to do.
DeleteI'm sure your grandson will love this card, Marsha. The wonderful colours and fun stamping are sure to grab his attention. Love that dog with the sentiment in the middle.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Heidi! Now I need to show off the cat in this set.
