Today's Watercooler Wednesday Challenge is all about birthdays.  It's one of the new challenges in our revamped line-up of challenges.  Who of us doesn't need birthday cards?  I know I seem to go through many of them between family and friends.  I have several I need to get in the mail this week and this card will be one of them.
